LAVENDER LIQUOR

INGREDIENTS:

-40gr lavender flowers

-1 clove

-400 cc alcohol 95 °

-650 cc water

-300 g sugar

 

METHOD:

In an airtight container place the lavender flowers with the clove in infusion with 400cc of alcohol,

leave steep for 1 month. Prepare the syrup with water and sugar, pour the syrup well cold in the alcoholic solution.

After a few days, pour and bottle.
