ELISIR WITH MINT

INGREDIENTS:

– 300gr sugar

– 250 ml alcohol 95 °

– 30 gr mint

– 2 basil leaves

– 2 lemon leaves

METHOD:

Put all the solid ingredients in infusion with alcohol for 8 days remembering to shake occasionally.

After 8 days, create the syrup by heating 300 g of water and melting 300 g of sugar, when the syrup becomes cold, add it to the maceration, then filter with a narrow mesh, bottling.
