INGREDIENTS:
20gr dried lavender flowers,
20ml lemon juice,
50gr pectin,
450gr sugar,
850ml water.
METHOD:
Boil the water in a thick-bottomed pot, remove from heat and mix the flowers to the boiling water, leave to soak for 20 minutes.
Filter the liquid and pour it into the pot, add pectin and lemon juice until the pectin is completely melted, put it back on high heat, when it boils, add the sugar, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally for another four minutes , pour into sterilized jars and store in the dark.
