MOJITO

INGREDIENTS:

– 4 Cl of Cuban white rum

– 3 Cl of lime juice

– 7 leaves of mint

– 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

– ice

– Soda

 

METHOD:

In a tall tumbler put two teaspoons of brown sugar and the juice of half a lime.

Mix carefully, add the mint, gently crush (caress) with the pestle, add the ice, the rum and complete with a sprinkling of soda.

Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
