PESTO SAUCE WITH FAVA BEANS AND MINT

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS:

– 150 gr fresh fava beans

– 75 gr pecorino (or parmesan)

– extra virgin olive oil

– 1 clove of garlic

– 4 mint leaves

METHOD:

Shell and clean the fava beans, pour them into the mixer with a garlic clove, the pecorino and oil flush, blend.

Use to season the pasta.
